Monika Opalińska – is Assistant Professor at the Institute of English Studies, University of Warsaw. Her research focuses on manuscript studies, historical linguistics and phonology. She has published critical translations of Old English literature (Dream of the Rood, the Exeter Book elegies), and is currently working on the metrical issues of Old English liturgical poetry.
